Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accompanying accessories included.
- You must initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Clearance and sale items that are marked as non-returnable
- Health and personal care items
Refund Process
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact our customer service team at support@bardei.com to obtain a return authorization number.
- Shipping the Item:Â You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
- Refund Timing:Â Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need to swap an item for the same item, please contact us to discuss the exchange process, which may involve returning the original item before receiving the new one.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at Support@bardei.com.
